At SomaLife, all customer purchases (from initial product purchase) come with a 90-day, 100% money back guarantee, less shipping and handling. No questions asked; no restocking fees. Simply return the used and/or unused bottles/cartons of product with label intact and ID number clearly visible to SomaLife to receive your full refund.
Business Builder: At SomaLife, by choosing to become a Business Building Associate,(Purchased the Business Builder Suite) you have made an educated business decision to secure your financial future. As such, the Business Builder Suite and any product purchased are non- refundable except for the mandated 3 day right of rescission. If an Associate has sold product to an end user (customer) it is the Associates responsibility to refund cost of product to customer. SomaLife guarantees to replace product to Associate.
All refunds are LESS COMMISSIONS EARNED.
Standard and Premium Paks are non-refundable. (Exception: Individual products sold from these Paks to a 3rd party are replaced by SomaLife to the original Pak purchaser.) No refund after first 90 days.
Business tools may not be returned for refund, including the Business Builder Suite.
