AutoShip Monthly Order (AMO) FAQ

  1. When are your AutoShip (automatic monthly order - AMO) dates?
    AutoShip dates are daily from the 2nd until the 26th of each month. AutoShip run dates which fall on weekends or holidays will be processed on the closest business day (ie. Saturday will be run on Friday, Sunday will be run on Monday)

  2. Can I choose the date for my AutoShip order (AMO)?
    Yes, or we will assign a date for you during the sign up process. AutoShips can be paid either by credit card or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). If you are using EFT you need to specify your preferred date (either the 1st or 16th of each month). Your AMO will be processed approx. 1 month after your first order then monthly thereafter on that date (or closest business day) until we are advised otherwise by you in writing. Your AMO date will be confirmed by our Customer Service group during your sign up process. EFT available in Canada only.

  3. Can I make changes to my AutoShip or EFT order?
    Yes, but changes need to be submitted in writing to our Customer Service Group 5 business days prior to your AutoShip or EFT date. We require all changes in writing for your protection to ensure that nobody is requesting changes to your account without your knowledge. Changes submitted on your AMO date may be subject to a minimal administrative charge if change is required immediately and the order has already been processed, ready for shipment. Changes submitted after an AMO date will be effective for your next order release. Changes submitted after an EFT has been sent to the bank will not be effective until your next scheduled EFT release. Be sure to include your first and last name and ID# when corresponding with our office.

  4. 4. Can I submit changes on behalf of an Associate or Wholesale Buyer in my downline?
    Yes, but the change will need to submitted in writing at least 5 business days prior to their AutoShip date. SomaLife reserves the right to contact the Associate or Wholesale Buyer to verify the change.

  5. What happens if my AutoShip date falls on a weekend or holiday?
    Autoships falling on weekends or holidays will be processed on the closest business day (ie. Saturday will be run on Friday, Sunday will be run on Monday)

  6. Do I have to be on AutoShip Monthly Orders (AMO)?
    No, but the AMO program is recommended for Associates who are Business Builders as it will ensure that you receive your product regularly and meet your monthly PV requirements.

  7. What happens when a credit card does not authorize for an AutoShip order?
    The order is placed on hold and not shipped. An Email is automatically sent to the Email address on file advising that there is a problem with the account. The AutoShip Department retries the credit card on file for approx. 1 week and if approval is not obtained, the order and AMO will be suspended. If we receive an expired credit card response we will attempt to contact you for updated information, but there is no requirement for SomaLife to do so (*see note below). If your card has been lost or stolen you should contact our office immediately with your new credit card number and expiry date. Declined orders are retried each business day until the 28th.

    * * Note: It is the responsibility of the individual (Associate, Wholesale Buyer or Retail Customer) to provide SomaLife with current credit card information.

  8. Is there a way I can still get my AMO product if I am going away for a period of time?
    Yes, there are two options;
    Yes, there are two options; (a) you can purchase additional product for the time period you will be away (this may affect an Associate’s monthly PV requirement)
    (b) we can change your standard shipping address to an alternate address in the USA or Canada. The onus will be on you to advise us when to change your address back.

  9. What is EFT?
    EFT or Electronic Funds Transfer is for those who wish to have a regular monthly order but do not have a credit card. A fixed amount is withdrawn on a set date each month from a designated bank account. Once we have approval from the bank that the withdrawal has been successful (3-5 business days after submission) we will send out the order. EFT is also sometimes referred to as PAP (Pre-Authorized Payment) or Direct Withdrawal. EFT is only available in Canada at this time.

  10. Can I choose an EFT date?
    Yes, but only the 1st or 16th. EFT's are processed monthly on these dates (or closest business day). We require 5 days advance notice to make any changes or cancellations to EFT's.

  • What happens if an EFT does not authorize?
    The customer's order will not be shipped that month and the EFT order will be suspended. SomaLife will attempt to contact the customer although there is no requirement for us to do so. The customer's $20 deposit will be used to offset NSF (non sufficient funds) bank fees that we incur and a new $20 deposit will be required prior to us processing the next month's EFT order. A money order for the full payment plus the $20 deposit is required before we can send out the affected month’s order.

  • What is the $20 refundable deposit for?
    The $20 refundable deposit is collected to offset any bank fees charged in the event that funds cannot be successfully withdrawn on the requested date. If no fees are incurred this is refunded upon cancellation of an EFT order or Associateship. Cancellation of an EFT must be submitted in writing 5 business days prior to the EFT processing dates of the1st or 16th.

  • When and how do you refund the $20 deposit for EFT?
    The $20 deposit is refunded once a person cancels their EFT. The refund will be paid by check.

  • How do I cancel my EFT?
    Changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 5 business days prior to your chosen date. If the cancellation is not submitted in time, the EFT will be processed. Once it has been submitted to the bank we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

  • Can I go on EFT if I am in the USA?
    Not at this time.

  • Can I change from EFT to credit card payment or vice versa?
    Yes. EFT to AUTOSHIP: Contact our Customer Service Dept. in writing at least 5 business days prior to your EFT date and provide us with your credit card information. We will cancel your EFT order, refund your $20.00 deposit and create a new AutoShip order with your credit card information. We will confirm your new AutoShip date with you.

    AUTOSHIP to EFT: Provide our Customer Service Dept. with your banking information and a $20 money order which will be held as your deposit in the event your EFT cannot be processed due to insufficient funds. Advise us of your preferred EFT date (1st or 16th of the month) and we will cancel your credit card payment AutoShip and create a new AutoShip with your banking information.

  • What should I do if I have too much product?
    You can submit a written request to have your AutoShip order halted temporarily and deferred to a future date. If you are an Associate, deferring your AutoShip may impact your commission qualifications.

  • My spouse and I have a joint SomaLife account but separate credit cards/bank accounts. Can we have separate monthly shipments?
    Absolutely. We can set up any number of individual monthly orders for an account. You can choose to have different orders charged to different credit cards, choose different products and even have them shipped on different days. Each account will be charged a separate shipping charge.

  • Can I have more than one AutoShip Order?
    You can have several AutoShip orders on an account but each will be charged a separate shipping charge. If some of your AutoShip orders are shipping to other individuals and being paid by them, it may be to your advantage for commissions to set them up as Wholesale Buyers.
